TeamItalia Yes, I have encountered cases of bullying and I can say with certainty that I have always intervened. I soon discovered that nothing is needed to scare a bully, all it takes is a phone to pretend to film, a confident voice and a quick step towards the scene, and he and his followers disappear immediately. It may not seem like much, but what I always do is cheer up the victim and often keep him company. However, I have not always managed to completely stop the bullying act, as the initiative must be the victim's: to tell everything to an adult who has the power to put an end to what is happening. Luckily I didn't find them. Luckily not yet, but speaking with my friends who are part of the Moige project I realized that some of them intervened in cases of bullying. Yes, I have encountered acts of bullying although not very serious. There was a boy who was made fun of for his diversity and at the sight of that scene I couldn't help but intervene. First I went to the boy who was teased and consoled him and then to the small group. I spoke to them, making them put themselves in that boy's shoes and making them understand that his diversity was dictated by the difficult situation he was going through. I acted like this because I think that the best weapon that can be used in these cases is understanding for both parties, both on the part of the person who bullies and on the part of the person who suffers this act. In fact, most of the time you just need a little understanding to solve the problem. Luckily for me I have not encountered these problems, if they do happen, first of all I try to lift the victim's mood and try to make him try to tell an adult what happened. Fortunately, I have never encountered cases of bullying, but if I were to find myself in this situation, I would try to intervene in this way: first of all I would have the incident explained to me and then I would listen to the versions of the victim and the bully. Then I would start calming the victim and talking to the bully so I can understand how to help him. Finally I would have the two protagonists of the story compare each other. No, fortunately I have not encountered any cases of bullying I haven't encountered any cases of bullying so far, but if it were to happen, I would know how intervene and help.
